Our beef is born and raised here on pastures in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains. We grain finish the beef on grain we grow and mix on our farm. We use the closest USDA inspected processor and sell cuts and ground beef frozen by the pound out of our USDA inspected freezer.
Mama cows - we raise and sell the calves. (Most are sold at Athens Stockyard at about 600lbs)
Beef Processed a month for C & C. The ones we process are finished on grains we grow, and we harvest them between 1,000-1,2000 pounds (live weight)
