The meat in each ground beef package will come from one specific animal, the same price grade beef that our fancy steaks come from, unlike a grocery store ground beef package, which can contain meat from hundreds of animals.
Ours is generally 83% lean and comes packed loose or seasonally in pre-made patties.
Ground is in packs from .87-1.2lbs or 2lb packs and is $7/lb
